2. Responsible for the company's recruitment work, such as the screening of resumes, preliminary communication of candidates, recommendation of personnel, arrangement of interviews for personnel, etc.;

3. Responsible for the planning, implementation and effectiveness evaluation of the company's various trainings, including new employee induction training, on-the-job training;

4. Responsible for the company's employee salary accounting and the handling of five insurances and one gold;

5. Responsible for the management of the company's personnel files and agreements;

6. Corporate culture construction;

7. Change of business license, annual inspection, etc.;

8. Leading the work of the temporary assignment.
